Who we are

These terms cover the Ad Blocker: Stop Popups & Ads website and Android app. Contact support@adblock.website. By using the website, creating an account, or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms, the Subscription Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

The service

Ad Blocker: Stop Popups & Ads is an Android app that tries to block banner ads, pop-up ads and many video ads while you browse. A paid subscription unlocks full blocking. We do not promise that every ad, pop-up or notification will be blocked, or that any page will load a specific amount faster. Blocking can also change how some pages look or work.

Pop-ups, permissions and notifications

Read this before you install or turn blocking on.

• The app is meant to reduce ad pop-ups. It cannot stop every pop-up. System dialogs, store prompts, and messages you asked for can still appear.
• Android may show a permission pop-up, or ask you to allow notifications, before a feature works. The prompt is there so you can decide. If you refuse, that part of the app may not work.
• If you allow notifications, the app may notify you about blocking status or your subscription. You can turn those notifications off in Android settings. We do not use them to send third-party ads.
• This website can show a privacy notice about cookies and site measurement. It does not use a pop-up to hide the price or the renewal terms.

Where you pay

A purchase on this website and a purchase inside the app are separate. Paying in both places can create two subscriptions.

• Website checkout is handled by Whop. Whop charges the card, sends the receipt, renews the plan, and is where you cancel that plan. The subscription from the website appears in your Whop billing and in My account on this site.
• A purchase inside the Android app is handled by Google Play. Google charges you, the subscription appears in your Google Play subscriptions, and you cancel it there. This website cannot cancel, refund, or change a Google Play subscription.

Accounts

The email you enter at website checkout is the account email. After a successful website payment we email a link so you can set a password. We do not send a temporary password. You are responsible for keeping that password private and for activity under the account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to break it, share it in a way that avoids paying, or use it to interfere with other people's devices. We may suspend an account that is used that way. Suspension does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription.

Limits

The service is provided as available. We may change, pause, or stop a feature. We are not responsible for Whop, Google Play, your network, or a website that breaks because its ads were blocked. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us for the website plan in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live still apply and are not waived by this sentence.
